I am headmaster of a Montessori school in South Carolina, and have served as
administrator of another Montessori school in China. I came to Montessori
administration late in life, after having spent 25 years as a cavalry
officer.

With an influx of new members during the month of August, and with the
new school year meaning new challenges and rewards, this seems a good
